Shipping and returns policy

1. All our products have exclusively free shipping without charging additional costs.
2. Our store has the absolute right to admit and select customers without giving additional explanations.
3. To return any product purchased in our store, it must be sent in its original package without the label or barcode being damaged. (Otherwise, when you return the product without having the barcode, it will not be recognized upon entry into management and you will lose the package completely without recovering the amount paid for it)
4. VERY IMPORTANT: To return the purchased product, you will have 24 hours available from the moment you receive the package.
5. To return the purchased product, the customer will be responsible for sending the package and paying the return costs.
6. All products have a maximum of 45 business days for delivery to the customer. (They depend on transport companies, customs or special controls carried out by the authorities). After 45 days, if you do not receive the product, you, as a customer, have the right to request a refund. Any complaint submitted before the aforementioned deadline will be voided or denied.
